INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICIES
A Note about Weekend Masses and Inclement Weather:
Because of the hazards of travel in the Hereford Zone during the winter months, we are concerned for those ministers who might try to get to Mass to fulfill their ministries. Therefore, the following bad weather policies are placed into effect:
Saturday – 5:00pm Mass – If there is a need to cancel Mass, the decision will be made no later than 3:00pm. A cancellation of Mass on Saturday also means that any church functions scheduled for that evening are also cancelled. The decision will be emailed to staff, posted on the website, and on our outgoing parish telephone message.
Sunday – If there is a need to cancel any or all Masses, the decision will be made no later than 6:00am. The announcement will indicate which Masses are being affected. The decision will be emailed to staff, posted on the website, and on our outgoing parish telephone message.
If Baltimore County schools are delayed or closed due to inclement weather there will NOT be an 8:30am Mass or Communion Service that day. School closings can be found by visiting www.wbaltv.com.
If Baltimore County schools close for the day, close early, or cancel their evening events due to inclement weather, all Our Lady of Grace campus events and ALL meetings are cancelled.
RELIGIOUS EDUCATION WEEKEND CLASSES
If there is inclement weather, cancellations will be posted by calling the Parish Offices at (410) 329-6826, ext. 106 for information and closings.
RELIGIOUS EDUCATION MONDAY CLASSES
If Baltimore County schools close for the day, close early, or cancel their evening eventsdue to inclement weather, all Our Lady of Grace campus events, classes and ALL meetings are cancelled.
PARISH OFFICE CLOSING
Our Parish Offices will follow the Baltimore County School closings as detailed above.
Weather related cancellations of any weekend Mass will be posted on our home page of our website and on our outgoing Parish message.
